Out-of-country dependent(Tier 1) application REJECTED because of my bank statement was old then one month. what to do appeal or fresh application ? please advice .

The policy guidance is very clear on the bank statement requirements so I'm afraid, you'd have to re-apply.

Appealing will be useless and a waste of time for you.

I would say make fresh application as well as lodge appeal. Incase there is any issue with new application again you can link your appeal and will save some time.

if your bank statement was older than a month then there isn't any point in appealing as it will still be rejected and it will be a waste of time so get a fresh bank statement not older than a month and start again, you will get it
