Dear Sir

This refers to your email below.
Kindly await the decision on your application as it is under process. Please refer to http://vfs-uk-in.com/Processing.aspx regarding more information on visa processing times.
Ejaz you are not going to get straight answer from ukba until they have decided to return your passport

Hi Yugant Shah,

I think you will hear either today or tomorrow (I think kj29 included the May bank holidays as days when BHC was not working, but according to their website the BHC worked on both the days. See here: http://ukinindia.fco.gov.uk/en/about-us ... aiholidays).

Good luck!

Hi,
I just collected my passport today with my Visa stamp on it :) :)
I had earlier received a reply to my e-mail on the 46th day of my application saying:
"Service level agreements set by the British Government State that posts
have 50 working days in which to deal with settlement applications. You will have a decision by such time."
On the exact 50th day (7th of June) I got an sms from VFS centre saying that my processed application has been delivered to Blue Dart. I just collected my passport today afternoon.

So, for BHC centres in Mumbai, Delhi ideally it shouldn't really take 60 days based on the above information given by BHC,Chennai.

Hello Everyone,

Just opened the courier and found my passport stamped with UK Entry Clearance Visa for 27 months.

Would pray to God that friends would get their visa soon and then can meet their loved ones ....

Thanks.
