tier 1 general

Post by imranhameed2000 » Thu Jun 09, 2011 9:30 pm

i have applied for tier 1 general...now i have a query ..

i have submitted 24 pay slips out of which 11 are the printed copies on plain A4 paper(as i lost them) rest are originals.

i did have a stamp on my printed payslips and also a sign. but i am wondering that sign is just a normal sign with a pen from a guy in finance how will they verify the sign? even i could have signed that after getting stamped........please help..

also i have provided employers letter on original letter headed paper saying that these pay slips dated from ------to----- are true copy of originals. but the sign on that paper is different from what is on the copies of pay slips.

WILL THIS CAUSE A PROBLEM? BEING SIGN NOT THE SAME ON PAY SLIP AND EMPLOYER LETTER ? AS PAY SLIP IS SIGNED FROM FINANCE AND LETTER IS FROM PAYROLL.

i have submitted 24 payslips because i get paid every 2 weeks. so 2 payslips per month.

I am very worried because my friend visa got rejected from ukba saying his printed pay slips were not stamped...

now although my pay slips are stamped but how will they verify the signature on them as it is different sign from one on the employer letter headed paper because sign on pay slips is from finance and sign on letter is from payroll.

also just for sake of argument i could have sign my own pay slips afetr getting it stamped? how will they verify?

ALSO WILL THE DIFFERENT SIGNATURE WILL BE A PROBLEM ?

if you get payslips from your company like that you are fine but if you are worried, then get your accounts to sign and stamp them for you. nowt to worry about.

thanks for the reply......

it means that they do not care about the signature really as far as the document is stamped.

i should then get my visa......

IS THERE ANYONE ELSE WHO CAN COMMENT ON THIS PLEASE????

@innocentdevil:

I do not get my payslips like this. i actually lost some of them that is why i have to get it duplicate on the plain A4 paper and get it signed.

Rest of the are original pay slips.

Do you think I am in a problem? As the stamp is there but signatures are different on payslip and letter head?

agree to sush.

if you are worried then get your accounts to stamp them for you and have a letter from accounts explaining about it. you will be fine.

At the end of the day, nobody here can tell you whether or not you will get the visa. As people have suggested previously, what you have is fine, but it's up to the officer reviewing your case to make the decision, not the people on here.

Even if there was a problem (although what you have submitted seems fine), there's not much you can do about it and not much anyone on here can do about it. Your application is in, you have to wait for the answer - you cannot take back what you have submitted now and change it.

If your payslips are genuine and as per requirements e.g. signed and stamped then there is no need to worry.
Regarding different signatures on payslips and employment letter, if you had concerns, you should have given these facts in your application mentioning these are issued by two different departments in the same company.
In any case this should not be rejected because two different persons signed.

If you say any one can sign, case worker can fax/ mail copy of these documents to your company in case of any doubt and in case your company says these signatures are not authentic then for sure you will be rejected.

Just wait and relax, there's nothing you can do right now anyway, you're too far ahead in the process already.

My company doesn't give payslips all done online, so I printed them on A4 paper, took them to Payroll. They stamp and sign that's all. It worked for 2 applications for me.
