Processing Time

The Tier 1 processing time on Home Office website changed from considering people taken biometric information on the 15th of May to the 9th of May.
How could this happen?

Perhaps the date mentioned earlier was a typographical error!

I given biometric information on the 13th of May, and need to travel on next weekend. I think it means I can cancel my flight now.

We are currently considering applications where the applicant attended a biometric appointment on or before 9 May.
Doesn't mean or imply that these applications have been decided or will be decided in a stipulated time. It just means that such applications are being "considered" (AIUI, now with caseworkers for assessment).
