Do I stand a chance

I am originally from England, I entered the US 16 years ago and stayed... I have a brother and sister living in Canada whom are Citizens, Do I stand a chance of immigrating to Canada?

Good advise. Take the self assessment test online and all your questions would be answered. Until you do that you would not have any relevant or tangible questions to ask

guys, do you know anything about common law partner application?
I read pretty much everything there is to read about it.. but still would like to hear some tips. is it really a faster proccess?
do they tend to turn these kind of applications alot?

It wont delay or expedite process and tvisa officer wont do any justice to you.Just prove it that youare common law relaationship.Give sufficient evidence.

Envelope,

Do you have US citizenship? Such coupled with relevant education may qualify you for a TN visa under NAFTA. You can then work in Canada while trying to sort out a longer term plan immigrationwise.
