Hi...My ILR due in 2013 feb.me and my partener living in the same adress from November2010.we have got individual bank accounts on that adress...as per home office rules we need to provide documents about living together.is this bank statements enough to apply for ILR

No they won't be. Read the SET(M) application form notes and you'll see that you need a minimum of 6 pieces of evidence showing a joint address, spread as evenly as possible throughout the full 2 years from 3 different sources
In joint names if possible...or more than 6 if in single names.
I've just seen you've given Nov 2010 as the date you started living together. What category are you applying under for ILR?
