Tier 1 Extension - Suggestions

Hi All,

I would require suggestions from experienced users in this forum. Here is a list of visas I have got in last few years,

Work Permit visa - October 2006
HSMP Letter - January 2008
Tier1 (General) visa - July 2008 (Policy had changed so I applied for Tier1)

As per my understanding I have to apply for an extension but if you noticed I am just short of 3 and a half month for ‘Indefinite leave to remain’ visa. Is there any way to apply for indefinite visa early? One more thing, I had student visa before WP and I was working fulltime (as per visa requirement) straight after finishing my studies.

I am open to hear all of your suggestions.

Is there any way to apply for indefinite visa early?

If you applied for leave to remain as WP migrant (i.e.- changed from student to WP within UK), then no.
