MBA during PSW ,can i claim point for MBA while tier1 ext?

Just got tier 1 general on 4th june 2011. Thks for such brilliant forum. 
Big problem:
1. i applied tier 1 general with bachelor degree. But Can i claim points with masters degree while doing extension?
2. I was studying full time MBA + full time job during PSW and its gonna finish in july 2011. I havent inform HO tht i was and i am doing MBA. did i brk PSW rule? Will i get point for MBA?

Ny advice will b much appreciated.

Yes, if the qualification is listed in the PBS calculator at the time of such application.

2. Such questions are not asked in the form when applying for T1G extension. Just the final degree is required. And degree itself does not tell if it is obtained by studying full time, part time or by distance learning. So you do not need to worry in this regard.
