Using immigration lawyer for Naturalisation application

Post by djazaira » Wed Jun 15, 2011 11:58 am

Could anyone advise from their experience if using immigration lawyer help in naturalisation application? I`m aware it depends on one's circumstances. However does it make the case stronger in HO eyes? My case should be straight forward but I have some little concerns hence I`m considering using lawyer.

I would appreciate any comments.

Thanks

Why don't you use the NCS?

you may describe your concerns here (if you feel appropriate that is!) and i am sure experts here will be able to help you..

After all it is your decision whether to go through lawyer but i do not think from HO perspective that would make your case any stronger. It goes without saying though that going that route would be more costlier for you if not bit tedious may be!
