Tution Fee Refund--Wants to go back

I am asking this question on behalf of one of my friend.
Last week he started his MBA Programme in London but now just in few days away from his family he is so frustrated that he wants to go back to his home country.
My question is how can he get refund of his Tution fee and if college deny what kind of rights and organisations are available to get help. He just attended 2 days classes.
Someone told him that it is almost impossible to get any refund the money he has paid.
