Documents needed for entry clearance for Work Permit :URGENT

Hi Friends,

I have got the UK work permit for 5 yrs and have the following questions to ask

1. What documents do I need to to attach for my entry clearance?

2. I come to know that my work permit is not multiple entry work permit, Does that mean that I can't visit my home back in India during 5 years? Cant I visit back home during my holidays? Please do let me know I am very worried...

3. Is there any way that Embassy in India can refuse to give me the entry clearance for my work permit, after being approved by home office?

2) not true, WP is multi-entry

3) quite possible but then it depends on how you present yourself to the IO.

Do I need to attach medical certificate for work permit entry clearance as I have read it on www.workpermit.com. What kind of medical certificate should it be...
