Where do you live at the moment?

Have you and your potential wife met before?

Explain further so we can try and help :)

You have your PR status, and therefore you have "settled status", and thus perfectly entitled to act as sponsor for your new wife.

I repeat you have "settled status" and therefore perfectly entitled to act as sponsor for a new wife.

There is no evidence at all the applications from those having "settled status", but not British, are treated any differently from those from British Citizens.

Each application is judged on its merits, and of course the usual tests needs to be passed ..... financial test, accommodation test, and also "evidence of contact".

mego_1980, why are you continuing to look for a problem that does not exist? If your new wife's application is rejected it will be because of not proving that the tests, mentioned earlier, have been passed ..... not because you are not British.

My previous experince with UKBA made me crazy and worry too much, That's why I am worried I want to be in safe side I don't want to waste my time and my life with UKBA. especially because I am applying for BC at the moment.
I spent 28 months through a very painful process with UKBA to get my PR and i am only trying to avoid this painful time again. That's all.
