hi iam sandy i have been refused my tire1 general because of the accountants letter the reason was accountant did not provide a balance sheet
i have shown my accounts as a self employed how ever i have supplied an accountants letter with the net profit and loss as per the policies we dont have to provide a balance sheet as a sole trader. so i did not get an apple right because i still got psw visa. so iam planning to go for judicial review any one please suggest me whether i can win this case or not.....thank you

Please write full list of documents you provided in order to claim points from self employment. Only then we were able to judge if Management accounts were required at all to support your claim. If you provided letter from your accountant, invoices and bank statements then management accounts are not needed at all.

1. compleated application form
2. photos
3. passport
4. pay slips from employment
5. bank statements for funds maintenance and salary bank statement as well
6. personal bank account statements where the checks have been deposited by the companies SELF EMPLOYMENT
7. letter from accountant conforming my company checks and the amounts of checks
8. net profit and loss
9. invoices of the the companies
10. letter from hmrc conforming UTR

It looks like you provided accountant letter confirming gross profit and net profit along with your bank statements and invoices. Therefore you fulfil the requirement and stand a very good chance in review. The refusal looks unjustified.

I am also applying under self employment

Does anybody have a sample of the balance sheet or letter from the accountant.
Or what it should say exactly..

I would hate to get refused on a formating issue.
