dependent visa

Hi,

I am preparing for a Tier1 dependent visa application from India.

Looking at many threads in this forum, it is good to submit the following documents though not mandatory:-

a. Tenancy agreement
b. council tax bill
c. recent payslips for tier1 holder.

Must the above documents be original? Or are photocopies enough as these not really mandotory documents as per the guidance document?

I am happy to submit the originals if they return the documents while they return the passport.

Please share your thoughts.

May I know how do I get original documents for email coversations or chatting transcripts to proove subsisting relationship?

Is that enough if I take print directly from my email account.
