Will I become eligible for ILR?

I came to UK on Tier 2 ICT in September 2007 and staying here from then on various extensions. My current visa is valid till March 2012 as Tier 2 Established staff

If I stay here till September 2012(through another extension), will be eligible for ILR?

This info would help me to do my future planning here...

No one can tell you what the rules may be in 2012 but assuming no changes in current rules until then, you should be able to apply for settlement (245GF(d)).

I have a very similar situation, i would complete my 5 years in nov2011. The last extension is still in process.
My solicitor reckons even with this extension we will be treated with rules in place before 6 April 2010.
