Visa questions for HSMP beneficiaries

Hi there,

I have some quick questions for applying UK visa for an approved HSMP applicants as follow:

1) Visa type
Which visa type I should apply? UKVisa website shows the following types:
VAF1 - non-settlement (PDF, 175K)
VAF2 - settlement (PDF, 129K)

2) Do I need to stated in the application form (whichever it is) that I INTEND to WORK in UK under HSMP?

3) Documents
Other than the HSMP document approval and bank statements, what else do I need? I didn't see the "list" of required documents in UK Visa website.

You need a VAF1 non settlement application.
