ILR for children

Post by mfl » Tue Jun 21, 2011 4:12 pm

I wonder if someone can answer my query. I currently hold tier 1 general visa and applying for ILR in july 2011. I have 3 kids born in uk , all are under 6 years of age. Our current leave to remain expires in april 2012.

Do I need to include my children in my ILR application as dependents or if I get ILR, will I be able to register my kids as british citizens? Do my children need ILR before I can register them as british citizens.?
