I could see that you posted the same post under 3 different topics. Do not loose your patience. To my calculation, they should have completed 18th by now you should get some news this week. You should blame the postal services. I hope you mentioned correct address. If there is a change then you better fax them with current address. There are cases when the letter is completely lost.
