1. can i apply for my ILR any earlier then OCT 2011?

No.

2. what if i end up being sacked for any reason (trust me now-a-days every thing is my fault) before that time? or in the heat of the moment i end up walking out of this job (i know that would be very stupid) what will be my options?

1. Find a new employer who can assign you a CoS to enable you to apply for Tier 2 leave before your current leave expires.
2. Change to another immigration category that you may qualify for (e.g. - Tier 4).

3. is there any one whom i could report to and stop any such action taken against me?

Reporting is generally the last resort but if you wish to take matters to that level, you may consider contacting ACAS.
