Country of application - Pakistan
City of Visa Application Center - Lahore
23/05/2011: Application Submitted for 4 dependants. (tier 1 gen dep)
25/05/2011: Your visa application has been forwarded to the Embassy for processing.
06/06/2011:application under process in British high commission.
16/06/2011: Processed Application returned TO AC
23/06/2011:application ready for collection
23/06/2011: Application Collected.
Expiry of visa: till the end of the main applicant 2014.
ALHAMDULILLAH
I had applied for my wife plus 3 kids and it was a expensive application.But thanks to Allah every thing went well.
In 2008 my family visa was refused(student dependant due to ECO was not satisfied from accommodation)).
This time I submit the documents only required by ukba policy guidance and
I did NOT submit
1: tenancy contract or accommodation proof
2:Any employment proof or pay slips etc.,,
I keep it simple and straight and with the grace of Allah I got the visa.

And for user name I did submit some documents as proof of subsisting relationship.
1:Barclaycard statements which showing my wife as an additional card holder along with me as a main card holder.(she was using credit card in Pakistan while I was paying the bill in uk.
2:Western union money receipts as proof of Money sent to her by me.
3:printout of my call history to my family(I am using local phone )
4:entry stamps on my passport to meet my family(proof of my yearly visits to meet my family) .
