Possible ILR

Hi GUys,
If you have a three points on your licence, are you eligible for ILR under new rules, three points for not stopping on red light.

Were you convicted in court or was it FPN (Fixed Penalty Notice)? When did this happen?
An [Expensive] Immigrant journey has ended 19/08/2015. Good luck to you all out there...
