Does application for a council house to rent effect your Permanent residence and Citizenship application?

Can anyone shed some light please?

hello knapps, i had same question like you becos i m also looking for council house.....friend of mine he got passport 3 week ago. he is living in council house with his family last 5 years. so sud be ok.,,,,
