Urgent advise required for depent visa

Hi All,

I have Tier 1 Visa valid until Sep-2012.

I had twins last year and I didn't apply for their visa until two days back.

I sent their application two days ago and I need to go to India urgently in 2 week time. Any one know how I can take my babies with me if their passports are not back from visa office.

Please advise me ASAP.

You will have to request the passports back and thus withdraw their applications in order to travel. You should then apply for their visas from India.

2. Go back to India
3. Apply for visa from India
