Is the 320 (11) a life time ban? are there any stories of peoples appeals for this being allowed ?

it is not a ban, it is a ground for refusal. Whether an appeal against such a refusal will be allowed depends on the circumstances of the case.

if ECO refused an application under 320(11) ,where applicant submitted false documents in previous refused application ,then what should the applicant do ? now in the new case all the documents are original but ECO refused it because of previous application under 320 (11).
what applicant should do now?
apply another case ?

spouse visa application .

it depends on the nature of the deception and on your family circumstances but it is possible to succeed on appeal. Seek legal advice.
