You have not mentioned for what purpose you want to show this account- earnings or maintenance fund.
Most obvious question seems to be for earnings so let me try to answer.
What is important is that for each of the month of earnings - your payslip value shd match with a value that was deposited in bank. For example on 30th of May if your salary for May got deposited and the amount deposited is GBP 2500 than your payslip for May shd also show it and this need to match for every month of the earnings claimed by you.
There will not be an issue if on the same day or any other days your wife's salary is also getting credited as that will be a separate transaction.
However write a nice cover letter mentioning the same and you should not have any problem(your bank statement and bank letter will also show that this is a joint account).
