your answer will be appriciated.
thanking you,
Irfan Ahmed.
You need to hire a solicitor and try to take this ban off saying it was a honest mistakedxbguy87 wrote:i never ment to decieve actually it was just a random mistake? it was something like
there was question in application that
Have you ever been refused in any country ? including UK?
there i answered No ( this was mistake )
while i had been refused in canadian application
and moreover i am giving my passport which has refusal stamp from canadian embassy while officer looked at it and banned me for 10 years
this is not fair enough if i had to lie why would i give my passport which has refusal stamp from other embasy?
It was mistake because i myself was just a student and i was not prepared for the application nor i took any help of solicitor as i am residing in Dubai.
and there were about bundle of confusing questions in that
at the end i have been banned
its not my fault
please help me
That is pretty much just what it is. The form asked you one thing, you answered something else. It's not anyone else's fault. Saying you were not prepared for the application - it's a straight-forward question - there's no "legal-speak" or something which might mean something else. The question asked you something and you lied.dxbguy87 wrote:there was question in application that
