Hi All,

I am applicant over 28, planning to apply HSMP this week. I am confused about calculating last 12 months income. i am expecting your help on this.

in the last 12 months ( Aug -05 to Jul-06), i have worked 9 1/2 months(Aug-05 to 14-05-2006) in Dubai based company and 2 1/2 months from 15-05-2006 to till date working in UK on WHM visa.

It would be really great help if anyone help on this to calculate the 12 months earnings.

I just read on the guidance form they have on the workingintheuk website, that what you need to do is take the earnings from the past 9 1/2 months in Dubai, divide them by 9.5 (I guess for your monthly earnings) and multiply it by 12. You have come up with the average of the country that you lived in the longest.
