ILR-Traffic offence (HSMP JR )

y Hi,
i am a HSMP holder comes under JR(got my visa july 2006)
I have a traffic conviction for driving without a valid insurance and license. (insurance was out of date and forgot to renew)i know sounds very stupid and careless. i was driving to work. 5min drive.
anyway just wondering does this will affect my ILR application.i am really worried.will this my stupid mistake ruin my whole future?
please advice me.

No you are covered by JR.
245CD. Requirements for indefinite leave to remain

Requirements:

(a) The applicant must not have one or more unspent convictions within the meaning of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 unless the applicant is applying under the terms of the HSMP ILR Judicial Review Policy Document.
