I am a South African national in UK on a WHMV which expires next August.I am planning to get married to my British girlfriend but im not sure which way will be faster and simpler for me to gt a marriage/spousal visa.
Options are:
1)Going back to South Africa and returning on spousal/faince visa.
2)Applying for a Certificate of Approval and getting married here.
3)Going back to South Africa and getting married there.
Can anyone give me ideas on which one is the simplest and non hussling way i can do this.My visa has a restriction of 12 months work and im still working and im planning to continue working till next year.Will the breach of this condition affect my future applications to the home office ? ?
Help please im stressin everyday about my stay here...HELP PLEASE..
