Tier 1 - widow parent applying as depedent.

Dear members,

I'm Tier 1 visa holder and have been working in UK more than a year. I would like to apply Tier 1 depedent visa for my father (Mother expired). Is there any provision to apply.

Could you help me out in this regard.

There is no provision for dependent parents until you have ILR. Visitor's visas are the only option (apart from leaving the UK yourself) and those cannot be used to live full time in the UK.
