Settlement Visa

I applied for settlement visa on 1st April... 3 months gonna be complete tomorrow.... I haven't heard anything... What should i do? I got reply of my mail yesterday that "Kindly await the decision on your application as there are ongoing internal enquiries pending" What doest it mean? when should i expect to get my passport back with decision? Please help me....

Personally, after so long i would email the embassy until you get a response of some kind.

@ EJJAZ:::::I applied for UK Spouse visa on 14th April, 2011 from PAKISTAN and today is 30 June 2011 but did not get any decision. They take 12 weeks to decide normally but some cases go beyond the limit. As for as my case is concern, 11 weeks have passed away that makes 55 working days. And i am desperate now. Can anybody help me what should i do? Is there any contact Email address or telephone number so i can get any update what is going on?

same here i have applied for settlement visa on 12 may 2011 and my status is under process from 25 may 2011 and now i have complete 11 weeks but still there is no reply. i m very depressed when i recieve my passport with visa plz tell me

Please post such queries in the Spousal visa from India or Pakistan and you will stand a better chance of getting a respond :wink:
