Nothing is missing. Documents are fine.

Just ensure that photos are freshly taken within last 1 month.

Thanks for posting this checklist ca4fil. I am exactly in the same situation. I have a cppl of questions:

1. Is employer letter mandatory? If yes, what details should it contain?
2. Can I submit a letter from the employer (with table showing gross, net ) instead of payslips?

To add to your list, would it be better to include: (seniors, please suggest)

1. Utility bills or rental agreement to show that you and your wife are still together ?
2. Photocopy of your entire documentation (would this save time incase of a PEO appointment?? )

As far as employee letter concerns, its not mandatory if you're providing bank statement and payslips. But yes, i think, you can use employee letter as a substitute of payslips showing pay date, gross, and net on a company letter headed paper. Hope it helps.

Dependant Visa renewal

Post by dharmendra » Sun Jul 03, 2011 11:13 am

Hi Guys,
I have to apply for my Tier-1 extension next week.
Do we need to send the marriage certificate again with dependant (My Wife) extension application? Can we mention that marriage certificate was given at the time of initial entry clearance application?
Thanks for your help!
Cheers...

Yes. you need to send all needed documents (marriage certificate etc).
Only degree certificate and english language requirements you can prove from initial application which is clearly mentioned in form. Nothing other than this.
