Still waiting for application ref number !!!

Hi I have applied with full documents for
- Long Term
- Naturalization (New Application form)
both application delivered a week ago i still have not received any ref number .
Just wondering is this normal ? do i have to wait more ?

It took 4 weeks for a friend of mine. So be patient, it will come.

for LTR i got response after 10 days
however for citizenship i am waiting applied two weeks ago
so u will be after me
