Urgent treatment form without Reference number

Hi,

I have not yet received my reference number and was wondering if I could still fax the urgent treatment form?

They won't be able to relate to your application if you send out the Urgent Treatment Form without the Reference Number. So wait for it and the send the Urgent Treatment form. You can write an e-mail to them or confirm the reference no. over phone.
