Tier 1 Dependant checklist

Post by h222 » Sat Jul 02, 2011 6:01 pm

Dear All,
I am on Tier 1 general visa. I got my visa on september, 2010 and since january 2011 I am in UK and working. Now I want to bring my wife and two kids here so i have made a checklist for my dependants visa. please check it and let me know if anything is miss. Thanks

Documents
-------------
my visa copy
my passport copy
passport of wife and kids
3 dependant forms VAF10
photos
fee
job letter
bank statement for last 3 months
birth certificates
marriage certificate
photos of wife and kids
call logs
emails to my wife
money transfer receipts
entry stamps to visit my family
_______________________________
Also the breakdown of my bank statement fund is as
800(main applicant)( As im in uk for 5 months)
1600 for wife
1600 for one kid
1600 for another kid
so total 800+1600+1600+1600=5600 pounds
Is it OK?

Also my two kids are just 9 months old do they need Tuberclosis certificates?

Your list is perfect. Add a cover letter and keep copy of all pages of passport. Though it is not a must requirement just keep it. I also got the first page of the passport certified by a solicitor. Again that is not a must. Also if you have a Biometric permit, you need to have a copy of that. But if your visa is in passport then you will not need it.

For TB certificate............it might be country specific. For India it is not required. I do not know your country so can not comment.

Cheers,
Jacob

Actually im living with my uncle so i cant show tenancy agreement of my own name. Also i think tenancy agreement is not mandatory beacuse bank statements shows the address where im living.
