IRIS

Post by ksab » Sat Jul 02, 2011 7:56 pm

If one has used IRIS to enter the UK, is it sufficient to state so on the list of absences spreadsheet, whilst applying for ILR. Surely, the caseworker should be able to verify this with the data they have on us on the computer?

Alternatively, do I have to contact UKBA/IRIS prior to my appointment and ask for a data log of my IRIS usage, to make up for the stamps not there in the passport?

I've just made a note in my spreadsheet next to those absences when I returned through the IRIS. They should have a record and you shouldn't have to ask for it.
