Working Abroad on Tier1 for Own UmbrellaCompany Count IlR?

Post by xeeshan82 » Sun Jul 03, 2011 9:13 pm

Sir thank you for providing such a useful free information.

As per the rule if you are a staff of uk company and you go abroad for work than it will count in your ILR

So suppose if someone open his own limited company in UK and than he go abroad for instance in gluf as an employe of his own limited company can he claim that time for his ILR

you earlier reply is much appreciated

If that was possible then everyone would do that. The bottom line is that you should be settled here permanently, and paying taxes here. If you work in Dubai or any other Gulf State, it could not be considered as settled here.

IN REAL life

if all taxes paid here on world wide income than ilr should be considered if it is specificly proved

but HO follows theoritically , applct pressence required
