query about the payment and address

Hello,
I have 2 questions regarding the HSMP application,

1. HSMP Guideline Doc provides different addresses for Post and
Courier. I wish to send my application from India by General
Post's SPEED POST.
Now, shall I send it to PO BOX number or the 'Courier Address'
provided by the Guideline document?
In short, I just wanted to know if Indian Speed Post is considered
as 'Courier' or not?

2. Will a Demand Draft from Citibank in GBPounds be okay for
payments? Guideline document mention that only Cheque
drawn on UK bank will be accepted.
