Net Profit = Gross profit - tax - other outgoings (e.g. - business expenses / costs).

Sush, is that the reason why most people become directors in their own companies so that Gross Salary can be taken as Previous earnings?

I am self employed myself, but to earn a previous earning of Â£35,000 AFTER tax, is impossible for me.

So should I go ahead and simply convert my business to a Pvt Ltd Company and simply draw a salary instead?
