Hello Experts

I need your expertise in calculating my points, iam applying for my tier1 general extention in this month and by mid of this month i will be 33 years
my initial tier1 visa was granted on 18th august 2008.

I have an earning of 40+

Can someone instead of pointing me to the points calculator please tell me how many points i can claim on AGE and Earnings.

which form will i be using for tier1 general extention o4/11 ? and finally

For a dependent of tier1 general do they have to register themselves at the local police station? is it compulsory?
