Transfer of Conditions (TOC) - Residence Permit

Hi

I'd like to know if anyone has an example of the time frame it took for a Transfer of Conditions (TOC) to be processed? My Tier 1 General Visa is currently being transferred from my old passport to the new one.

I posted my application yesterday, 06/07/2011.

As I'm going to interviews, my employers need to sight my original passport. I've only got certified copies.

Please provide some feedback!

Do you realise is is not neccessary to transfer the visa to a new passport?

You can just carry the old one.

I know this is the case. I have made an application for a TOC as my old passport (with visa in it) was damaged, so the Australian Consulate replaced it with a temporary passport. I've also got a change of name via Deed Poll.

I would like to question whether this is a [b]straight forward application[/b]?

The old passport is no longer existing - its destroyed.

My application includes all originals.

How long do you think the TOC application will take to process?
