Documents for Zambrano case

Post by Irishmigrant » Wed Jul 06, 2011 2:46 pm

Hi,

I am applying under Zambrano case. I am not clear about few documents.

What documents can I submit for the following:

1. Documentary evidence for the Irish child is living in the state.

2. Documentary proof for the parent's role in Irish child's life.

My child is 3 years old and not attending any school at the moment. But we have all registered with GP.

Can anyone advise me please?

why don't you tell us what documents you have, and we will tell you yes or no? Because everyione's family is different - there can be different sources of evidence for these things.

For our baby whose three months we got a letter from GP (also local TD) to confirm that the baby was indeed living in the state and also stating that the father plays vital role by taking her for appointments, etc.,
Hope that helps

Yes I think so, also immunisation book will show visits, and what about a letter from the other parent (or another family member) just confirming that you are supportive and play an important role in caring every day for the child.

I have registered with GP and my last visit was also in 2008 for immunisation. Next immunisation will be next year. I can get letter from GP. I have the immunisation book too. Do I have to get letter from TD or from any other source? I have my own house. Do I need to attach the copy of it as well?

Yes definitely do! If in doubt about anything - submit a copy anyway, the more documents the better.
