Husband(5 years)/wife(3 years) applied together,any success?

Post by farazfastian » Fri Jul 08, 2011 11:42 am

Hi all,

Are there any successfull case on the board where you've applied with your partner jointly on AN form and paid reduced fee where main applicant has completed 5 years but partner completed 3 years?

According to homeoffice nationality contact centre its not possible as on the day of applicaiton main applicant is not British citizen which make sense, but i've heard few people have done it. Please share your experience.

Regards
Faraz

As I said in your other post. You may have been confused by people whos wife have completed 5 years (not 3) along with their partners/husbands in the uk. They can apply together cause both fulfil the residential requirements
Standard requirements

spouse of BC requirements
