Infant settlement visa

Post by shivg » Sat Jul 09, 2011 8:50 pm

My wife and I are ILR holders and had our child in India 2 months ago. Submitted settlement visa application in Delhi without fully reading up on the rules, unfortunately. The only document we have submitted with regards to our rented accomodation in the UK is the council tax bill. Was not aware that tenancy agreement was so crucial.
(Rest of the documentation is strong - financial situation, employment etc)

Question: Whilst I am aware that we cannot submit any additional documentation now, is there anything else we can do at this stage? It has been 6 weeks. No decision yet.

Thanks very much in advance for any advice.
