Citizenship Eligibility

Hi, I am in UK since Mar 2002 as student and WP hoder since May 06. I got my ILR in Jun 11 with my wife who joined me in May 09. Both of us are not EU nationals.

My question is, when we will be eligible to apply for Citizenship?[/b]

Perhaps Jun 2012 (wife also requires ILR).

Thanx for reply, my wife got ILR with in Jun11 and she is in UK since May 09. When can she apply for Citizehship?

How did you wife obtain ILR after2 years only in the UK (assuming she is not married to British citien of course)?

Sorry - I missed that your wife got ILR with you.
You have to wait 12 months on ILR before you apply for naturaliation.
Your wife can apply right after you are succesful

Can you please tell me what documents do I need to get ready for Citizenship? I had 3 points and Â£120 fine due to TS10 (not complying with red lights) in Apr 07 which will be erased as soon as I send my Licence to DVLA, How it gona affect my application?
