certificate of application not signed by the home office!!!

hello guys i received my COA but it is not signed and there is no name of the person that would sign it. is that normal? can i ring them and ask them for another one?

MINE WAS ALSO NOT SIGNED WHEN I SENT MY EEA2. I JUST RECEIVED IT ON HO PAPERPAD

DO YOU HAVE ANY REF NUMBER AS I DONT THINK I HAD ANY

yes i do have a ref number and a a case ID number on it, its just that one page was missed i mean the second page where there is a signature and the name of the case worker who issued the COA.
anyway,i rang them and they said send it back and will send you another one so i did send it back yesterday.
