URGENT - Appointment next week.

Post by themonsoonhunter » Sun Jul 10, 2011 12:45 pm

Hi guys,

I am applying for ILR next week; I qualify enough point based on my earning. I want to double check the documents I got are sufficient. There are few things in my 5 years period, I am bit concerned about.
1. First 3 months (Aug 2006-Oct 2006), I worked in the UK was on per deim and I was paid in India during this period. I don’t have any UK proof. Though I can show Indian salary slips (not signed and stamped). Do I need to show this proof?
2. I was away for 2 months from UK when I was not paid in the UK; I was employed this period though. Do I need to show this proof? I never been away for more that 3 months in a stretch and total time away us well below 6 months.
3. I got one P45 missing, but for that period I got my salary slip signed and stamped. Is it enough?

These are the documents I got at the moment.
1. 1st Work Permit Letter
2. Extension Work Permit Letter
3. Tier 1 approval letter
4. Tier 1 Extension letter
5. Bank Statements Personal from Jan 2010 till June 2011
6. P60 – Nov-2006-Mar-2007
7. P45 – Apr-2007
8. P60-June-2007-Mar-2008
9. P60-Jan-2009-Mar-2009 (Rest P45 missing for salary slip instead)
10. P60-Apr-2009-Mar-2010
11. P45-Apr-2010-Jan-2011
12. Self assessment letter from HMRC for 2006-2010
13. Salary Slip Signed and stamped – Feb 2009-Jan-2011 (I was not working in UK for 2 months)
14. Salary Slip Signed and stamped – Nov-2006 till Apr-2011
15. Salary Slips Signed and stamped – July-2007-Jan-2009
16. Degree Certificate
17. Life in UK test Certificate
18. Salary slip for my Limited company
19. Dividend voucher for my Limited company
20. Letter from accountant
21. SET(o) form

Please suggest if I go ahead or postpone the appointment, I don’t have issues with visa validity.

Thanks in advance
