I AM CURRENTLY STUDYING AT A PUBLIC FUNDED COLLEGE WILL BE RENEWING MY VISA FOR LEVEL 7 I HAVE 2 DEPENDENTS MY HUSBAND AND SON

MY COLLEGE IS IN PARK ROYAL LONDON IS IT OUTER LONDON OR INNER LONDON ALSO WHAT STATEMENT I SHOULD SHOW IN FULL FOR 3 OF US.

I WILL BE RENEWING MY VISA AT PUBLIC FUNDED SAME COLLEGE FOR LEVEL 7 WILL I BE ALLOWED TO WORK IF YES HOW MANY HOURS AND WHAT ABOUT MY HUSBAND AS A DEPENDENT WILL HE BE ALLOWED TO WORK.

HOW CAN WE FIND OUT IF A COLLEGE IS PUBLIC FUNDED. MY COLLEGE SAYS THEY ARE BUT I AM NOT CONVINCED

PLZ REPLY AS I GOT ALL DIFFERENT ANSWERS FROM SOLICITORS SOME SAY 20 HOURS SOME SAY 10 AND SOME SAY DEPENDENTS CANT WORK.

ALSO RANG HOMEOFFICE THEY ALL GIVE DIFFERENT ANSWERS

I HAVE BEEN IN UK FOR 9 YEARS AND CURRENTLY ON TIER 4 VISA, WONDERING IF THESE RULES ARE FOR NEW STUDENTS OF ALL STUDENTS

where students can fine public funded college list.

how they knows which is public funded ,which is not.

because students wants to work not for money also for WORK

experience in international market like Greate Britian.

After my research on google i found.

I think HIGHLY TRUSTED colleges are called public funded college.

Is i am right!!!!!!!

Citizen 2000 college is not a publicly funded college, it is an independent, private college.

These rules are for all the international students in your case you are not eligible to work 20/10 hours as this college is not public funded college .

but the college says they are they also take british students for nursing does that not mean they are public funded as i know some one who is starting fee ius only 400 for her for the same course we have to pay 4500 let me know thanks

it is public funded as i rang ofsted and they said we dont inspect colleges if they are private only inspect colleges which are funded by skills funding agency ordept of education follow link below
