stamped e-statement or bank letter ?

Hi guys. iam gonna apply my visa in next 3 days . I have my funds in llyods e-savings acc for 90 days of time. As they dont issue posted bank statement for e-savings account i just have the option of showing a stamped e-statement or bank letter. Now i am confused which one to choose or to show both ???
pls help :(
