Pls verify - appointment on 19-Jul-11 - CROYDON PEO

Hi all, need your help on verifying if all the below documents are fine..

Main applicant + 2 dependents; completed 5 yrs and 2 months in UK; In total 145 days out of UK

Category - WP + HSMP (non-JR) + Tier 1 - Currntly visa valid untill 17 Aug 2012.

No. of employers - WP (First) + HSMP, Tier 1 (second)

Documents list:

SET (O) application
Photographs of main applicant + 2 dependents
Last 12 months original salary slips
last 12 months original bank statements
Last 5 years payments/taxation letter from HMRC
Tier 1 extension approval letter
co-habitation proofs:
Last 6 months utility bills - joint name
Last 6 months Council tax bill - joint name
Last 6 months spouse bank statements
2007-2009 - Council tax bill - joint name
2007-2009 - Utility bill - joint name

The only concern I have is that my wife was outside UK for 11 months due to pregnancy. Before she lfet UK, she had completed 2 years and now after returning from India, its almost 6 months.

*** Hope the case worker agrees on the documents for the first 2 1/2 years and the last 6 months for my wife's presence.

Extra documents (which I would carry):

Previous employer original WP
All 5 years salary slips and P60s and P45s (from both previous and existing employers)
Original degree certificate

*** I'm planning not to take my wife and 13 month old kid to croydon UKBA office. Will this be a problem?

*** Also, i'm using "Version 05/2011" SET(O) form. Is this the latest one?

*** Please advise me if i'm missing something else?

Thanks

I think you need to supply cohabitation documents covering 2 years since you were last granted leave to remain.

When was your last extension?

see section 10 A of SET O form

(If you have a spouse or civil partner listed in section 2 of this application form who is applying at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave(up to a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse.)

My last extension was Aug 2009. My my wife was away from UK from Feb 2010 till Jan 2011. I've co-habitation proof in the form of concil tax bills for that duration, but my wife was in UK for that period.

So, i'm planning to provide all the documentation from 2007 till 2011 to caseworker, and let him/her to choose. I'm planning not to mention voluntarily about my wife's absence from UK.

Anyone who were in the same situation or seniors can advise pls.

thanks

Why co-habitation proof is required?

I can't spot any such requirement on SET(O) form.

Can you please tell me the page number
